If I place an order, how long does it take to receive my products?

Orders typically take 2 to 5 days to ship, depending on the item.

Where do your products ship from?

The majority of our items ship from our distribution center in Irvine, CA.

 What is the warranty/return policy on your products?

The warranty on our products is anywhere from 90 days to two years, depending on the item. Please contact us for more info.

Do you have a customer support line?

Yes! We have a very knowledgeable customer support staff. Some of our support staff are trained orthopedic technicians and Doctors of Veterinary Medicine. Due to our many years of hands on experience, our support staff can assist and answer all of your questions!

Do you make your implants?

Yes! Our implants are made by our manufacturers per our exact specifications.

Do you guarantee your products?

We have a satisfaction guarantee or your money back. If you are not satisfied with the product all we ask is that you send back the unused product for a full refund. We also have warranty’s that are applied to most of our products. This is not the same as money back but is intended for servicing and replacing defective parts if any.

Do you have completed kits for new surgeons? Yes we have several kits available for purchase from TPLO to plating to pins and wire kits. During our CE Classes, we offer special pricing. By purchasing a complete kit as opposed to individual items, the overall cost is always lower.

WHAT TO I DO WHEN I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

We urge the client to return the product as soon as they know they don’t want it. It happens to everyone at one time or another that we purchase items that we find out later we don’t need or you get a better deal elsewhere. When this happens we need to send a return authorization number or authorization “RMA”. This is necessary for the product return in our inventory

WHAT DO I DO IF AN INSTRUMENT BRAKES OR FAILS WHEN I USE IT?

Any used instrument that fails while using it for its intended purpose it must go through a certification of sterilization process first before it is accepted for return.  All failed instruments that are returned must be completely cleaned and sterilized and deemed certified by our return policy before it can be legally accepted for return. If this process is not completed by the purchaser it must be returned to sender without cause.
